ANDREW TOLMAN

Andy Tolman started playing the bass guitar at the relatively late age of 14 but was playing pro gigs by age 16. His love of Funk, Soul and Jazz led him to study at the Royal Academy of Music in London, graduating in 1997. Since then Andy has played live and in the studio with numerous and diverse artists including Sir George Martin, The Emotions, Leon Ware, Sheree Brown, Jocelyn Brown, The Jones Girls, Sixto Rodriguez (Searching for Sugarman,) Michael Kamen and Ben E King to name but a few. Andy is currently working on his own big band project and with UK based, up and coming blues singer, Jo Harman.
