Drums
Stephan Sagurna studied music at the Folkwang University of Art in Essen music – majoring in drums and piano. Since then he has worked as a freelance drummer, keyboardist, composer and lecturer. He has held teaching positions for pop drums, among others at the Institute of Music of the University of Osnabrück. In his musical career he performed on stage or in the studio with versatile artists such as Nathan East, Rick Braun, Nils Landgren, Sasha, Max Mutzke and Uwe Ochsenknecht. He has been involved in various known compositions – for example in Sasha’s “Slowly”, Cosmo Klein’s “Nothing to Loose, Wannabe, Talk to me,” Uwe Ochsenknecht’s “Raining Down” and Max’s Mutzke “Smile”.
