The four restaurants à la carte are an experience of its own. Asian offers the freshest ingredients for oriental dishes while La Toscana focuses on antipasti and Italian specialties. Spanish contemporary cuisine is offered at Azafrán and those preferring a true BBQ have their spot at The Terrace Grill. And to celebrate a joyful evening, Status, the pub or the the Piano bar open their doors.

The culmination of this came in May 2008 with the inauguration of the Protur Biomar Gran Hotel & Spa***** located in Sa Coma & with its 5 restaurants making it the reference for gastronomy on the east coast of Majorca.
